All Rhodes Lead Here: A Book Review
If you didn’t know, there are many subcategories of romance books: enemies to lovers, friends to lovers, etc. but my all time favorite (yes, even more than enemies to lovers) is the grumpy and sunshine combo. This is by far my favorite type of romance and I know I cannot be alone in this. I absolutely love these type of reads and with fall right around the corner it’s the perfect time to cuddle up with the right book so let me serve it to you on a silver platter.
All Rhodes Lead Here. That’s all you need to know.
Mariana Zapata knew her audience when she wrote this novel. It has the perfect level of spice, plot, emotional depth, and character development. Not only does it have the golden combo (grumpy/sunshine) but it was also a slow burn through and through which made it all the more satisfying. This is a book with one or two spicy scenes so if that is not for you, you have been warned!
Plot Summary
The book starts out with Aurora, a young woman who just broke off a toxic relationship with a famous singer and needs a place to hide away. She books a place to stay in her small hometown in the mountains hoping to reconfigure her life. However the place she books is on top of a garage right next to Mr. Rhodes’ house, a moody not-so-pleasant cop and single father.
